Formica 'Woodgrains' - F8967 Logan Oak
Formica Woods combine both inspirational and timeless looks. New introductions include characteristic horizontal graining, light, dark and neutralised shades and updated colourways. The Woods range is available in a variety of finishes, the most popular finishes include premium AR Plus® high gloss for a luxurious feel which is also scuff resistant, matte for a softer look and touch; as well, Naturelle™ finish that adds the right portion of natural touch and trendiness. Formica® Compact Grade is a versatile, high performance material. Its solid laminated core comprises multiple layers of resin-impregnated quality kraft papers with, generally, a decorative surface on both sides. This impressively strong and damage-resistant homogeneous laminate has excellent strength and dimensional stability.
Because of its inherent structural solidity, in thicknesses of 6mm and above Compact Grade laminate is self-supporting for most vertical applications. For horizontal applications the optimum thickness will depend on the distance between supports. This quality greatly simplifies and quickens fabrication.
Please Note : 2mm - 3mm is single sided only and 4mm - 20mm is double sided Also to be taken into consideration : If your planning to bond or have us bond this laminate to a substrate (Plywood, MDF etc.) We advise that you use a similar thickness for the balancing laminate. Obviously we will always follow your instructions, if you wish to use a thinner balancing laminate. But please understand we can't be held responsible if the boards start to bow or warp.
